Basic
PHP form processor
This is a simple form processor in PHP that generates emails
based from fields that are sent to it using the POST method.
It automatically processes many common fields and allows for
additional custom fields to be processed without coding. It is
a simple linear PHP script. Hidden form fields are used to pass
control variables that affect the generation of emails.
