General Duties

Server and workstation user support, password resets, remote support, helpdesk and onsite user support.  Virus cleanups, workstation setups, install Microsoft Office, support line of business applications for clients.  Repair systems with failed hard drives, laptops etc..

Growing Opportunities
Windows Server deployment and migration. P2V knowledge Microsoft Hyper-V, raid server drive support and troubleshooting. Windows servers, Linux, VM’s.

Partnerships and services for Dell, Lenovo, HP computers. Configure Sonicwall VPN Routers, Bitdefender Antivirus, Cloud products, AWS Support.

It is a plus to have high volume call center IT support experience.
